I want to apologize that I have been so negligent in sending out Reflections. It’s not that I don’t have things to say. It always seems to come down to a lack of time. We are working to better handle our time, and we are hopeful that changes will allow us to be more efficient in our work. This time of year is a challenge because it is the most demanding on our time and resources. I want to thank you for both your patience and understanding. I will be sending out a sequel to my last Reflection very soon. Thank you for all the feedback you have given me to the last article called “Rejection”.
