LCMI - First Contact 2008

Greetings.

Just a note to say I am still alive and kicking. :) I have been taking the past few weeks to pray and meditate so I have not done much writing. I have some really neat things to share with you as soon as the Lord allows time to write, so don't think you are having email trouble, that I have forgotten you, or that I fell off the face of the earth since you received your last Reflection. All is well.

As a prelude to the next few Reflections, I have a couple things for you to ponder.

Has worrying about the things of this world ever given you any peace?
Has worry about how other people live, and manage their lives brought you joy?
Are you fully aware of how FREE you are from the worries and cares of this world? This freedom allows us to be involved in the good things of the world without having to take them too seriously!
Does Jesus call us to grow in knowledge, wisdom, and grace? Or does He call us to grow in love????
